Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Ecole Sports to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

Email ecolesportsqa@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the address or phone number you used with us, and tell us the name the records are under. We will confirm, delete the records within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.

Facebook and Instagram data

If you interacted with us through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp and want that history removed too, say so in the same request — we will delete our copy of those conversations. Information held by Meta itself is governed by Meta’s own privacy controls.

What we may keep

Records we are legally required to retain (such as invoices) are kept for the statutory period and then destroyed.
