Privacy Policy

Which page you were on when you submitted, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed — that is how we know which advert or post brought you.

The site also runs Google Analytics and the Meta pixel on every page, which measure visits and, once you submit the form, record that a request happened. They do not receive your name or your phone number.

To answer you: to suggest a group and a time, and to confirm a place. That is the whole purpose of the form.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

We also use it to understand which adverts and posts actually bring families to us, so the academy is not paying to reach people twice.

If you tell us you are not sure which sport, the sentence you wrote and your child's age and gender are sent to an AI model to suggest one. We reach it through OpenRouter, which routes the request to Anthropic's model.

Your name and your phone number are never part of that request. We ask the provider not to store or train on what we send, and only providers that agree to that are used.

If you picked a sport yourself, no model is involved at all and nothing is sent.

When your request arrives we send one WhatsApp message confirming it, through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta carries that message, which means your number and the message reach Meta the way any WhatsApp message does.

It is a confirmation, not a marketing list. If you would rather we did not, reply and say so.

The age and gender we collect are about a child, and a parent or guardian gives them to us. We ask for the least we can: enough to put a child in the right group, and nothing more.

If you would rather we held nothing about your child, tell us and we will delete the record.

Requests are stored in our database with Supabase, hosted in the European Union. The site itself runs on Vercel.

Beyond that: Meta, for the WhatsApp confirmation and the pixel; Google, for analytics; and OpenRouter with Anthropic, for the sport suggestion, as described above. Each of them sees only its own part.

Nobody outside Ecole Sports and those providers is given your details.

The contact page shows a Google map of the venue. It is loaded from Google, so opening that page tells Google you were on it, under Google's own privacy terms rather than ours. Nothing you type on our site is passed to it.

A request is kept while we are still dealing with it and while your child trains with us. If nothing comes of it, we do not need it, and you can ask us to delete it at any point.

Some records are kept longer where the law requires it.

Nothing is kept for a reason we cannot name. If you ask us why we still hold something, we will tell you or delete it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@ecolesports.qa and we will answer within 30 days.

Personal data is handled in line with Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection.
