01What the start form is
Sending the form is a request for a place, not a confirmed booking. A place exists once we have agreed a group and a time with you.
We aim to come back to you quickly — most families are training within the same week — but nothing on the site guarantees a slot in a particular group.
After you send it, we come back to you with a group and a time. You will also get one WhatsApp message confirming the request arrived — that message is a receipt, not a confirmed place.
You can send the form again for a second child. Each request is handled on its own.
