02 / THE QUESTIONS

What parents ask before they book

01

How much does a kids sports class cost in Qatar?

Between QAR 400 and QAR 650 a month at Ecole Sports, for twelve sessions — three a week. An eight-session package is QAR 100 less. The exact figure depends on the sport: badminton 400, roller skating 450, football 550, and basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, karate, taekwondo and kickboxing 650.
02

What does the fee include?

The coaching, the group and all training equipment. There is no joining fee and no term contract. You bring water and trainers; nothing needs buying before the first session.
03

What age can a child start?

Four. Groups run to sixteen and are split by age and by level, so a beginner never trains beside a competitive teenager. Volleyball is the exception — it runs one group, U14 girls.
04

How many sessions a week is that?

Twelve a month is three a week; eight a month is two. Football, basketball, karate, roller skating and badminton train Saturday, Monday and Wednesday. Volleyball, gymnastics, taekwondo and the girls' football group train Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.
05

Do I pay for a whole term up front?

No. The fee is monthly, with no term contract and no joining fee. Camps, after-school training and private coaching are priced separately — ask and we send the current sheet.
06

Can we watch a session before deciding?

Yes, and without an appointment. Walk in during any session the academy is open, and someone from the team will meet you at the door and take you to the floor your child would train on.
