GUIDES
What happens in your child's first session?
The first session is an ordinary session — we do not run a separate trial class. Your child joins the group they would be in anyway, which is the point: what you see is what they get every week.

THE DETAIL
Water and trainers. All training equipment is provided and included in the fee, so there is nothing to buy before the first session. For swimming, a swimsuit and a towel.
One hour. Groups run at set times — most sports at 4, 5 or 6 in the afternoon, and the Saturday groups in the morning — so a session starts and finishes on the hour.
Puts them at the edge of the group and lets them copy. Nobody is made to perform on their first day. A licensed coach leads every session and stays with the group throughout.
You are welcome to stay and watch from the side. Many parents do for the first few weeks and then stop, which is usually the sign it has gone well.
